Those who wish to manufacture, sell or import broadcasting and communications equipment must make sure that the equipment satisfies the technological conditions (technical regulation) for the equipment. The conformity assessment test is to evaluate whether the broadcasting and communications equipment satisfies the technical regulation, in accordance with the test method stipulated by law or standard.
